Name that Politician

Here are the quotes on global warming. Place your bets on who said what.

"The issue of climate change respects no border. Its effects cannot be reined in by an army nor advanced by any ideology. Climate change, with its potential to impact every corner of the world, is an issue that must be addressed by the world."

"While scientific uncertainties remain, we can begin to address the factors that contribute to climate change."

"We know that the surface temperature of the earth is warming."

"We recognize the responsibility to reduce our emissions."

"This is a challenge that requires a 100 percent effort; ours, and the rest of the world's."

Give up? All of these statements came from the lips, not of Al Gore, but of President George W. Bush on June 11, 2001.

So, how have we done since then under W's leadership.

Not so good.
