Pork: The Sequel

Politico reports that everyone is jumping on the pork-free diet. Obama and Clinton are now on board in an attempt to blunt McCain's advantage.

This story relates to the variety of pork that is at least put in an actual bill (albeit usually one or two sentences in a 100 page bill) and voted on, not the "committee earmark" variety that your humble hugger went postal on yesterday.

The multi-front pig attack is good news for America. This latest development is also good news for Bush's Executive Order against the unvotable other white meat; making it even more unlikely that anyone will revive the practices of committee earmarking, phone marking, etc.
