More tales from the magazine in my lap

I, your ever vigilant societal observer, offer the following sign of the coming Apocalypse:

Advertising insert in U.S. News and World Report --- "Best News for Boomers Since the Birth Control Pill." Flip side gives the answer --- "Just for Men Touch of Gray."

Initially, I question whether "the pill" was really good news for Boomers, but it certainly was a revolutionary invention. Apparently, so is men's hair color that still leaves a little of that "sexy" gray. Or perhaps the campaign is just designed to imply that coloring your hair is the new key to getting easy lovin . . . when combined with the product pitched in the "Viva Viagra" TV commercial that is playing in front of me. (Note, no one is allowed to mention this post in 20 years . . . err, make it 15.)

It's time to re-read my early post about taking a deep breath before posting. This column didn't really add much to the dialogue. My bad. Expect fewer, but hopefully better and less spur of the moment, posts.
